•Developing a business model for sustainability and innovative fine art print production.
•Managing the business and upkeep of a fully equipped print shop including etching, lithography, serigraphy, and letterpress facilities.
•Acting as master printer and developing a publishing arm to the INKubator Press business model

•Taught all levels of undergraduate printmaking, upper level undergraduate drawing including figure study, and artist’s book making.
•Introduced revamped coursework bringing new projects, updated techniques, and pedagogical concepts to the print department
•Taught cross-disciplinary course with the Engineering Dept. using artist’s books to interpret local hydrology.
•Oversaw operations and maintenance of professional etching shop and presses
